No idea. But given how little info we have about both projects, I'd rate them both as "few chances". We better don't care too much about them till we get some more solid stuff.

The articles list the floor count as either 88 or 100. 88 seems more realistic for that height.

EDIT: oh, I see that there's two different projects. My bad.

100 floors should be well above 300 meter.

Remember it's a hotel. So don't expect much height, probably just 350m~.

I don't think Futian CBD has height restriction, so it might reach 400m imo. I have a feeling that this will be built, gaoloumi folks sure seem pretty excited about it
