Help identify the building in this rendering

I suspect this is a rendering of an unbuilt project in southeast Asia. Can anyone identify the building at the left edge of the image? That would help to place the project in a city. It looks familiar to me but I haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks!

It's Dayabumi building as already stated up above. Judging by the position of the proposal and that bit of building on the right, it could be at where the current Central Market is.

Is this a relatively recent proposal, cause the design has an 80's feel to it. Furthermore, Central Market is a designated historical landmark.
