SHENZHEN | Centralcon Shangsha Project | 300m x 2 | 984ft x 2 | 67 fl x 2 | U/C

Developer: Centralcon.
http://www.cnzhongzhou.com.cn/projec...angshaxiangmu/

Very close to Kingkey Riverfront Times Square, etc. 80% chances of being 300m+ imo.

Yes, judging from the course of the highway shown in the render, this one should be directly next to Riverfront Times Square.

if riverfront times square indeed is only 293m tall, it would be a nice way to compensate for this by making these twins supertall also it will be amazing to have 3 buildings of nearly the same size so close to each other, makes for a nice balance

With Tianan Cyberpark and the Dahanwang Project that makes 5 buildings of nearly the same size so close to each other.

And don't forget the Tairan Redevelopment just north of it with 300m+ and 268m ( http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1641303 ).

Supertall according to this link http://www.aedas.com/en/architecture...ng-sha-project
Quote:
Located in Shenzhen, the site is in close proximity to Shenzhen Bay with distant views of the wetlands towards the south. The mixed-use development consists of two iconic towers towards the north portion of the site with three luxury serviced apartment towers facing south, all sitting on a four-storey retail podium.

Towering at 300 metres high, the twin towers are a landmark development on the end of Binhe Road the main road. The shape of the towers were designed to not only respond to the site conditions, but also to address the urban context. Fronting Binhe Road, both towers abut the main road and the eastern tower has been deliberately set back, allowing a public plaza and hotel forecourt to front the main road

This might be much larger than we previously thought.

Still not all lowrises demolished though. Can could be done quickly though seeing that it's about half of the buildings we had end of April.
