This one may become the tallest of the block, too bad 10 and 15 Hudson Yards will be across the street.

Man, those visualisations sometimes. I've never rendered a graphic in my life and I'm sure I could do better than that after two days of practice.

You couldn't. Anyway, this looks more like a painting than render.

I love the designo tho.

Clearly it's a blurry photo of a poster that's been soaked by rain, no less.

This buildings life is not to long in this world! So happy this sucker is up for sale. A block West from site:

606 W 30th Street, New York, NY 10001
http://www.masseyknakal.com/listings...aspx?lst=23416

Quote:
606 West 30th Street is an ideal site for a mixed-use project that could potentially feature a combination of retail, luxury residential, as well as a hospitality component given its location in the heart of some of the city’s largest privately and publicly funded development projects including the Hudson Yards, Manhattan West, the No. 7 Subway Extension, the Hudson Yards Boulevard & Park, and the West Chelsea High Line. As the city moves forward with its master plan to foster growth in this burgeoning area, demand for development sites of this scope and size have continued to increase as investors/developers compete for the few remaining undeveloped parcels of land in the West Side. The ability to construct a large scale project in arguably Manhattan’s most exciting submarket makes 606 West 30th Street an opportunity unparalleled with any other site available today.

Still Piling. Perimeter reinforcements (corrugated steel) have been partially installed and excavation can begin. Some has started.

JPMorgan provides financing for Ismael Leyva-designed 520 West 30th Street

Quote:
Related Cos. secured a $150 million building loan from JPMorgan Chase for its 28-story Hudson Yards residential tower at 520 West 30th Street, property records show.

The financing consists of a building loan valued at $125.8 million and a project loan valued at $24.6 million, according to filings. The Ismael Leyva-designed residential building will house 174 apartments across nearly 207,000 square feet of space.

Related released a rendering for 520 West 30th Street last year, with the building – located between 10th and 11th avenues – slated to stand 354 feet tall. The property is part of the firm’s Hudson Yards megaproject.

On Monday, it was reported that Related acquired a McDonald’s at the corner of West 34th Street and 10th Avenue — the final parcel needed to build a mixed-use development of up to 3.3 million square feet at 50 Hudson Yards.
Law360 first reported the news of the $125.8 million building loan for 520 West 30th Street.

The first one was better. I'm so tired of random window spacing.
