Does anyone know when KLM receives their first 787? I believe it's at some point next year.

Any speculations about the routes it will be flying? As far as my research went it looks like it is going to replace some A330-200 so possible destinations are Bahrein, Luanda, Vancouver, Washington DC, ?

Seems there is hardly a livery that does not fit 787 well.

I wonder if they changed rudder to new one - this frame has got oryginally blue rudder and was build for delivery to LAN airlines. Red rudders were installed on LN3 and LN4 designed for delivery to Northwest Airlines. Or maybe they just removed paint and applied red...

Yes, it's gonna be the replacement of their Presidential 757.

That looks sleek, modern, and amazing for one of China's lesser-known carriers. Hopefully, it will be used for nonstop journeys to the United States and Europe, especially that Xiamen is looking towards mounting more flights soon. Perhaps it can also be used on some of its popular regional services too (beyond China) so that more passengers can enjoy the aircraft too.

Were only halfway August, but here is already the 6th 787 delivery of the month. The 30th 787-8 for ANA, only 6 to go with #31 already ready for delivery.

LN203 ZA138 JA832A ANA
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/ANA9397

All things 787 has now also posted all the line numbers up to LN358 with a couple more afterwards. Basically all the production slots in the next 12 months.
http://nyc787.blogspot.com/

There are not that many surprises, a lot of existing customers taking more and a couple of new operators with a larger number of deliveries.

American Airlines: 11x 787-8
ANA: 4x 787-8 & 6x 787-9
United: 9x 787-9
Scoot: 3x 787-8 & 6x 787-9
Virgin Atlantic Airways: 6x 787-9
LAN: 6x 787-9 (5 leased from AerCap (ILFC))

And only a couple of 1st ones that were not known already:

LN291: TUIFly Nordic (787-8)
LN291: Kalair (BBJ, 787-9)
LN315: Privatair (787-8)
LN325: BBJ (787-8)
LN340: Oman Air (787-8)
LN356: KLM (787-9, AerCap (ILFC))

1st 787-9s for existing 787-8 operators.

LN259: LAN
LN263: United
LN323: Air Canada
LN346: BA
LN362: JAL (not counting the 3rd prototype)

50 out of the 120+ production slots will be 787-9s, as the number of 787-9s will increase throughout the year we can expect a 50/50 deliveries for the 787-8 & 787-9 in 2015.
