An SQ A380 suffered a similar incident a few months ago in SYD. The cowling required replacing & aircraft approximately 2-3 days on the ground before returning to service. I'd say the Xiamen Air B788 to take the same time frame.

It's only cowling. Cheap and fast to repair, they will get new part and switch with damaged one.

Air Canada will be a new dreamliner operator at Copenhagen.

At first it was only for a short period between 26th of October and 31st of December between Copenhagen and Toronto, but now they will also use the plane during the 2015 summer season.

The other dreamliners are used on the following routes
CPH and Doha with Qatar Airway
CPH and Montego Bay with Thomson Airways
CPH to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, New York - JFK, Los Angeles and Bangkok with Norwegian (if its not substituted)

LN376 ZB603 will be first 789 for Saudi Arabian Airlines. Delivery - late 2015.

And something interesting. If LN371, LN373 won't be LOT Polish Arilines 788s, then two of early frames will be probably delivered to LOT. LOT's CEO talks about taking 2 deliveries right after 2015 summer season, so LN22 and LN19 or LN12 could go to LOT.
LN22 predicted delivery date is August 2015 and LN19 is now inside the EMC and should be completed in 12 months - October 2015.

Are LN22/LN19/LN12 789s? I really hope the CEO of LOT decides to change the next 2 787 to the 900s.
Last I heard LOT plans to have a fleet of 16 787s by 2020.

LN12/LN19/LN22 are 788 early frames, called terrible teens - LN7-LN19 block are about 4t overweighted than later build 788s and LN22 is probably over 3 but less than 4t overweight. And LN19 is still in storage, Ureshs get wrong info about it.
LN22 delivery date is August 2015 and LN12 is November 2015

2 last 787s for LOT will be 788s. Mikosz said it some time ago, they won't convert order from -8 to -9.
We have to wait for Ureshs to update firing order, still few slot are empty for delivery in November 2015. LN22 and LN12 are possible choice and could be very profitable for LOT with cheap price and LOT's routes ORD, JFK, YYZ, PEK - 3700-4100nm

New possible routes like NRT, SIN, MIA, DTW, IAD are 4000-5100nm range, still possible to fly with these early builds without any weight restrictions.

B787 freighter is planned after 2020, but still no official confirmation and start of program.

LN236 ZB005 ZK-NZG 3rd 789 for Air New Zealand painted. Scheduled delivery: 11/24/2014

Around KPAE 10-8-14 by moonm, on Flickr

LN5 ZA005 N787FT at Kilo South. Pretty nice stripped of movable parts and engines' pylons, I won't be surprised if these parts will be attached to any early build 787 which will be re-worked faster than LN5. This frame is scheduled for delivery in November 2017, so it could be stored there even till late 2016.

LN6 ZA006 XC-MEX delivery flight to MMSM. Plane will fly straight to air force base, so interior is probably already installed. This justify re-work time - 2,5 year. Probably 1,5 year for re-work and one year for VIP interrior installation.

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/FAM3523

NOPE.
After flight to MMSM, XC-MEX was ferried to Dallas Love Field for VIP interrior outfitting. So we won't see for another year or even more, before it will enter service.
So the re-work/change incorporation was slow pace or that plane just simply needed 2,5 year to be brought to certification standard.
