AA doesn't have any more 777's on order from what I can tell and if they did it would be 773's and not 772's.

I show they only have 22 787's remaining to be fulfilled (3 -8's & 19 -9's) for widebodies.

I think that swe meant that they have 42 777-200s in their fleet and just 22 A350s on order. Leaving a gap of 20 777-200s to be replaced by the 787-10.

As the A350s were initially not ordered to replace the 777s, they were actually ordered by US Airways who didn't have 777s in their fleet. So it's not 100% certain that these will replace the 777s, although it would make perfect sense. But as the A350s are also to replace the A333s, which are also being replaced by the 787-9s. This means that there will probably be no 1 on 1 replacements for any of the current older wide-body types in the fleet. The 777-200s will most likely be replaced by a mix of different 787 types and the A350s. To have a better understanding on what AA will do it's going to be interesting to see how they will configure their A350-900s. But for now the deliveries of these planes have been delayed. So we have to wait a little longer before we will know how they will fit into the future AA fleet.

AA also has 58 options for the 787, they will be firmed up at some point in time.

Agreed - I was confused. But that makes sense.

Juneyao Airlines signed a MoU for 5 787-9s firm and 5 options.

Quote:
China's Juneyao Airlines to Order 10 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners

Shanghai-based Juneyao Airlines has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Boeing for the purchase of five 787-9 Dreamliners. The widebodies will be used by the airline to spread its international network further.

According to Aviation Week, the Shanghai-based carrier has additionally signed for options on five more 787-9s. Deliveries are scheduled to begin with three aircraft in 2018.
http://www.chinaaviationdaily.com/news/58/58393.html

Another upcoming order with a very quick delivery, under 2 years, and another order from a smaller airline in China.

We know on Thursday if this will already be booked as an UFO.

Don't bother replying, it's just a guy/robot who has been copy pasting random old posts from other users. Usually he starts this kind of posts with 'follow me'. Will ban him/it straight away.
