Does anyone know if the BBJ A6-PFE will be delivered ready to operate, as did 787-8 -PFC, or will it go get its cabin fitted somewhere else?

A6-PFC spent 8 months at AUH before it moved anywhere else so I'd take a guess it was having the interior done there, although compared to other BBJ 787s that's a very short length of time for a custom interior. I will try to get A6-PFE added to FR so its movements can be tracked as it won't show on FA if it flies with its reg.

I wonder if with this new order they will also allocate some to NokScoot. Even though it was reported earlier that NokScoot had to source their own new aircraft it could now have changed with this new order. Especially since nothing was announced after 2015 when NokScoot said to look at new aircraft to replace their former SIA and then Scoot 777s.
I'm wondering how SQ is going to utilize 67 a350-900s and 49 787-10s. About 60 of those will replace the a330s and the old generation 777s, leaving more than 50 planes for growth which I think is too many. I know that they intend to open thinner european routes and I hope that their direct a350-900ULR fights to the US will work out so that they will convert more a350s to that variant. Apart from that, I don't see SQ have much room for growth. But what I've mentioned does not require 50 aircraft IMO. That makes it more likely that some of those 787 will go to Scoot and NokScoot.

Some of SQ's A333s are still relatively brand new that it will take a while for them to be replaced. I would suspect those A359s and B787-10s will replace the older B772 (both non-ER and -ER) and B773 (non-ER) so that it can maintain a high quality of service for its clientele. And I highly believe those would be used heavily on regional sectors, especially if the seating arrangements are heavy on the Y and light on the J. Perhaps though, those can be used on long-haul flights if it chooses to have full lie flat seats on both F and J classes.

SIA is already retiring their A330s, the 1st ones gone had been in their fleet for just 6 years. They got short leases on these A330s and every time a lease expires it's not being extended and are being replaced by an A350 or a 787 (from next year).

Considering the ranges of the 787-10 and the A350-900 it's very likely that the 787 will mainly be used on the regional routes and therefor will be the core A330 replacements.

After the news came out that PIA would convert their 777 order to the 787 nothing really happened. Boeing still has the 777s listed as an order, no 787s.

There are no 787s in the production list for this year or early 2018. We really don't know anything else then that they are going to convert the order. Nothing on which sub-type they will get or when they will take the 1st delivery.

It's rumored that President Trump is to attend the 787-10 roll-out.

From what I have been told, that is the case from some of my Media friends that are attending. They had to submit clearance papers to SS.
