There's only one more Ethiopian 787 in Everett, the LN 39, ET-AOO. This one went into the EMC for the change incorporation process late last month where it will stay for several months. It's hard to say long this will exactly take, but somewhere mid 2013 should be a reasonable guestimate.

There are no more Ethiopian 787s currently under assembly or on the list of the next 8 frames that will enter the FAL. This means there won't be any deliveries in the next 3 months.

you can find a list here:
http://nyc787.blogspot.com/

There are not that many anymore considering that all 787 up to Line Number 65 needed rework. Currently there are 7 frames that are now in the modification center in Everett and 1 of the prototypes is being reworked in San Antonio. 2 for JAL, 2 for Air India and 1 for Ethiopian and United plus 1 for ANA that might go to another airline.

Then there are still 14 more that are stored at Everett, 1 for China Southern, 3 for Air India, and 5 for ANA that might go to another airline. Plus 2 for both LAN and Royal Air Maroc that will certainly to another airline. The airlines that are rumored to be interested in some of those early production 787s are Transaero, Lion Air and RwandAir.

3x prototypes that will be sold, probably as a VIP/Business jets.
7x in the EMC
14x in storage.

This adds up to 21 (excluding the 6 prototypes) anymore this means that 38 787s underwent the modification process out of which 24 have been delivered (plus 4 more that are ready for delivery). Since they have waited with most of the earliest frames that need the most work it will still take about 1.5 years before all are completed and delivered.

Thank you for your answer, one last thing, do you have any idea of when Avianca will be getting their 787

I wonder whose is that one unpainted 787 on the flightline. I can't see line number. It could be LN45 for United or LN83 for ANA. If NYC787 was right, then LN83 has been in paint hangar and should be painted, but I don't see it.

This video was shot on the 15th, and there where several line movements since then including the LN83.

But from the positions on the flightline we can see that..

Stall 101 - LN80, LAN, CC-BBC
Stall 102 - LN59, ANA, JA817A
Stall 103 - LN60, United, N26902
Stall 104 - LN45, United, N26901
Stall 105 - LN78, LOT, SP-LRB

..this means it's LN45

According to Uresh the LN83 is now standing at the Fuel Dock.

I remember now. 15th November LN83 was in paint hangar and LN82 was in fuel dock. Now LN82 is on the flightline, and LN83 in fuel dock. So this is LN45 for sure, awaiting painting. So the last one for United (from already assembled planes) is in EMC, and all frames from LN40 to LN65 will be after modification program. If it's true what pasazer.com wrote, then all program should be completed till the end of 2013. I think that will take few more months, but we will see.

And ET-AOP changed status, for now it is ready for delivery, not delivered.

The ET-AOP didn't fly out to Ethiopia in the end, I don't know why.

The weather has been bad the last couple of days, so no 1st flights and no photo updates from the regular people. But I found these pictures taken in early September with a nice overview over Paine Field Airport, Everett from the air.

I love the LH livery... What amazes me is the fact it's barely changed over the years other than the cheat line which was dropped the livery has been around a long long time...
Ain't broke so why try fix it... JL certainly learnt their lesson...

Weather likely to slow down 787 deliveries over next few days

The Everett weather may be looking to put a hold on deliveries for the next few days and may ground aircraft all together. The Seattle area is expecting rain....a lot of it as Mt Ranier is forecasted to have 10 FEET of snow but the lower elevations, while not getting that much, will probably be clobbered as well with large amounts of rain. Boeing is still stuck at 35 deliveries in total to 8 customers. There has been some movements of assembled aircraft with ZA504 (LN 15) moving to the Runaway storage area and ZA150 (LN 17) moving to the EMC. In a surprise move, ZA381 (LN 36, B-2726) was moved to the EMC, ostensibly for change incorporation. This MAY indicate some movement to deliver 787s to the Chinese (China Southern and Hainan) but it's too early to tell. This aircraft could easily go back to the temporary parking/storage that it had previously occupied. ZA175 (LN 20) finally made it inside the EMC to continue change incorporation and finally ZA287 (LN 52, N26903) was moved to the paint hangar and should be out soon. Interestingly ZA285 (LN 45, N29601) is still out on the flightline even though it was pulled out of the EMC earlier.

With the Thanksgiving holidays coming up along with the ainy weather in the Pacific Northwest, don't expect too much happening out of Everett this week. There is supposed to be a line move early next week. Lastly, there is a rumor that Air India will be able to pay for another 787 this week and fly it away from Charleston but so far nothing has happened.
http://nyc787.blogspot.com/2012/11/w...-down-787.html

So all frames from LN40 above are complete.
LN 39 ET-AOO has engines now.

I wonder for what purpose they moving terrible teens into EMC and after few days rolling out to storage again. Maybe for dismantling of equipment?

Had a quick search and couldn't find the JQ B787 order...

I take it the JQ aircraft are the 15 frames allocated under the QF order books...?

The Jetstar order is indeed placed by Qantas and listed in the Boeing order book as Qantas.

~~~~~~~
Some news on the Chinese 787s, Hainan now expects delivery in Q2 2013.
Quote:
Hainan Airlines expects 787 delivery to be delayed to 2Q2013
Hainan Airlines reportedly stated the carrier’s first Boeing 787, initially scheduled for delivery at the end of 2012, will be delayed to 2Q2013 adding China Southern Airlines’ first 787 also faces similar delays, according to a National Business Daily report. HNA Group chairman Chen Feng previously said the carrier may change its 787 order to the 747-8 aircraft.
full article:
http://centreforaviation.com/news/ha...-2q2013-188654
original Chinese article:
http://www.nbd.com.cn/articles/2012-11-15/694818.html
The Chinese article is longer, but mostly talks about all the delays of the 787 program, the engine troubles earlier this year and that Hainan might claim some compensation for the delay. There's not really any more new info on issue in the article and of course there's absolutely no mention that the recent delays are not caused by Boeing but by the Chinese authorities. And since there's no mention we still don't know reason why China blocks the deliveries. Since Hainan is a private company they might also be in limbo why the certification takes so long, it's not their fault that they can't take delivery.
Hainan also mentioned again that they might change part of the 787 order to the 747-8. I doubt that they will actually do this, but I think Boeing would actually welcome such a change. If they can reduce the order backlog for the 787 by increasing the backlog of the 747-8I it would a double bonus for Boeing.
