Edmonton Skyline has the potential to "emerge"
Edmonton is right at that population size (1.3 million) where a city starts building over 200m. They have a pro-development climate, few height restriction concerns, a rapidly growing population (2.7% annually), a booming economy, and sky high incomes (GDP per capita ~ $90,000).

Up till now they've been content to sprawl and build short, but they're at a tipping point where they're going to start maximizing land downtown by going taller. I think Edmonton is going to come out of nowhere to rocket into the north American top 20 over the next 15 years.

Their growth rate shows no signs of letting up either.

Its sad how most people have completely turned a blind eye towards my birth continent Africa

Top Emerging Skylines in Africa
1. Luanda (you should really keep an eye out for this city)
2. Dar es Salaam ( one of the most stable and fastest growing cities in Africa)
3. Nairobi (definitely one of the most developed cities in Africa, has some 200m buildings in proposal)
4. Addis Ababa ( just look at the development going, its massive)

I'll provide pics for proof in a few days.

are already considered MAJOR skylines.. If you look at the rankings (emporium).. most of them have been in the top 20 for a long time now..

Yeah you're right

Maybe I considered also the re-emerging skyline, so I should re-do my list thanks
