6th and Tenth Joins Beltline Boom

Quote:
The building has now worked its way above ground level, evidenced by new photos. Lamb looks to be in Calgary for the long haul, with the twin Orchard towers moving ahead, but he's also being joined by another notable Toronto builder. Great Gulf Homes, who are currently working on a number of major highrise projects including One Bloor East, is spearheading a development in the East Village. Other developers from across Canada will likely join in on the action, as Calgary's urban renaissance continues to bring modern architecture to an energetic downtown.

Contrasting Cladding Panels Installed at 6th and Tenth

Quote:
The Toronto development team of Lamb Development Corp and Fortress Real Developments are building a new 31-storey addition to Calgary's Beltline district, which has begun cladding installation. 6th and Tenth will contain about 230 one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus den units ranging from 450 to 1,950 square feet. Starting from the low $200,000s CAD, the more expensive layouts are expected to fetch $1 million and above.

Interior Work the Focus as 6th and Tenth Tops Out
Quote:
Vertical construction on 6th and Tenth had nearly reached its apex. Spearheaded by Toronto's Lamb Development, the project has achieved a significant milestone in the months since, having now topped out 31 storeys above the Beltline.
