A new hotel is planned for eastern Chelsea:


Permits Filed For 39 Story Tower At 112 W. 25th St. In Chelsea

112 West 25th Street: Lam Generation has filed applications for a planned 39-story and 330-unit hotel that will span 112-118 West 25th Street, in eastern Chelsea. Revealed in August, the building will total nearly 182,000 square feet in construction area, and will rise 432 feet. Demolition of the existing three-story structure is imminent.

Looks pretty nice!

Love the stone/concrete facade at the base with a nice clean glass tower with a set back rising above!

Also is that a faceless wall on the right? Does that mean a tower could rise next door?
(It doesn't carry the glass patterned lines and instead is just a few large square grids)

Hope the cladding will be good. That's basically all this design has to offer.

Are people really still putting trees in their renders even though they're never put in real life?
