Building restorations that actually came out well

Was there already a thread for this? If so, I can't remember.

I've seen a lot of buildings that really needed to be restored, and now look great. Post them here. I'll start:

Banco G&T Building Z4, Guatemala City

It's the white-brown building in the left. Built in the 70's, restored some years ago.

I prefer the 70s look. At least then it had some character. Now it's faceless, boring, and ugly.

Teatro Lux, Guatemala City:

Built in 1937. The most important cinema in Guatemala City for decades, in the Sixth Avenue, the most important street in its time. Abandoned since the 90s, (the street was invaded by informal shops and was converted into a flea market ) It was restored a couple of years ago, now it's used as a cultural center. There's also a café in the first floor.

I love when they give their beauty back to old buildings The one in Louisville is nice, although I think the brick part is a bit boring... maybe the windows.
