I gave it an 8!! It's the tallest building in the region of Greater POrto (I think it's about 170m) and it dominates the horizon when you're arriving to the city from the South. It's quite impressive!
(and it's where our regional TV stations work ) Viva o Porto!

5/10. Its not an interesting tower, even for a TV one. 5 for being neatish. Its too concretey and the shape is pretty boring.
