It looks pretty bad on the renders, some cheap pannels and glass with overall messy, incoherent design. This bluish bunker on the ground level is especially hideous and makes it feel disconnected from the rest of the city

The design looks 30 years outdated, but at least Africa is getting another skyscraper.

Actually, I like the tower, but wgat happened to design? it looks old-fashioned..I think it would be nice to make it more modern and this is it

this should have been the design or something with more glass

but the one that they are building doesn't seem ugly or anything

I dislike this architecture. Looks unemotional, funktional, cheap...Hope, next projects in Nairobi will be better.

There are really good projects already being built and others in the works.

NAIROBI | Prism Tower | 133m | 435ft | 32 fl | U/C

NAIROBI | Britam Tower | 192m | 633ft | 31 fl | U/C

Other towers in the works/will soon commence

NAIROBI | Jabavu Village Towers | 212m | 137m | 696ft | 449ft | 45 fl | 30 fl | Site Prep

NAIROBI | AVIC International Africa Headquarters | 46 fl

(They might change the main tower to 70 floors, once they finish carrying out a few tests)

NAIROBI | Two Rivers | 62,000m² is also U/C

just to name a few, so nairobi is/will be doing fine

These pictures show Nairobi with better urbanism than São Paulo, my city... It's getting really great!
