Looking forward to watching the Giant Pinapple get built. My guess it they must have plans for a large underground parking garage under the Hotel.

It's just a question: But do the Emirati's in Dubai know about the fact of the raising sea level? How long will al these houses and the islands stand. I like them all, let there be no misunderstanding about it. But I was just wondering if it would be sealevelraising-proof

if the sea level rises about 5m in the next 100 years about 800 million+ people on this planet will lose their homes!

so who cares about some islands housing a few hundred thousands?

mankind seriously has to think about how to protect cities from a rising sea level! but nothing will happen anyway, people always start to worry when it's way too late

if the sea level rises 5m, dubai will be gone

in 100 years dubai will no longer exist! that's a fact

unless we build the world's largest superdam blocking the persian gulf from kuwait and irag to oman!
