I heard they were looking at re-establishing service between Dallas and Mexico City as well since Mexicana went under.

INICIA AEROMEXICO 15 JUNIO VUELOS DIRECTOS A HUATULCO

AeroMexico Calls Switch to New Sabre System a Success

May 24, 2011 11:21 PM

AeroMexico, Mexico’s global airline, said the switch to its new system for reservations and airport check-in platform, Sabre, has been a success, since its initial stages on Sunday. The transfer to the new system is a continuous development that promises better service as soon as the turnover process is completely operational. As a result of the change, passengers have experienced some minor check-in and travel delays in the last several hours at several of the airports AeroMexico flies to.
In order to keep its passengers and the general public well informed, however, the airline said both its online check-in services are running and fully operational to receive reservations, for purchases, consultations, and check-in for all trips. As May 24, all flights were on schedule and all areas of documentation and automatic counters at Terminal 2, its call center and ticket offices, are operating normally.
In an effort to ease the check-in process, AeroMexico is recommending that all passengers use the online service (Web Check-in) located on the homepage of www.aeromexico.com, which allows passengers to check-in up to 24 hours before departure. For more information, visit www.aeromexico.com.
