Holy shite. they increased Flatiron by alot. we need an updated "The List" with the new figures. this is impressive. I thought I was impressed 6 months ago. this is crazy. this isn't even Dubai or new hotels in Vegas. amazing.

Met 3= yes but at what height???866 or 786 cuz I am confused
Flatiron=yes
Empire=the jury is still out on this one IMO.

Apparently, 786 is the old height, still on file with the city. 866 is the redesigned - and currently advertised height. I just don't know whether the redesign has been approved yet. Maybe Hatter knows.

yea it was accepted and there renderings showed it way above 786ft

my attempt at making a future skyline----really not accurate in any way,many buildings missings and many placeholders were included-heights are a bit off,and midtown had to be over densified because the picture was not big enough to fit all the towers

Hatter that is very cool. Hey does that include the Freedom tower project? Man there seems to be a pretty good sized gap in that area. Someone should put a 70 story office tower there
