Cladding is way behind, it's one big orange building now.

One West End Avenue Tops Out Again, Second Tower to Feature Dramatic Cantilevering Swimming Pool

Quote:
Pelli Clarke Pelli and Goldstein, Hill & West's sparkling two-part skyscraper One West End is one step closer to completion. The second, shorter wing of the complex has topped out at 26-stories and nearly 300-feet tall. Jutting fifty feet beyond a stone podium base and seventy feet above West End Avenue, the tower is some 200-feet shorter than its adjacent wing. Both are being covered with a reflective glass and stainless steel skin, affording residents panoramic views and for passersby, a shimmering icon. The first wing of the project topped out in February at 41 stories and 491 feet high. Goldstein, Hill & West (GHWA) are the architects of record, and Whitehall is the interior designer. The tower and its developers Elad Group and Silverstein Properties, are part of a master plan known as Riverside Center, spearheaded by Extell Development.
