Conversion old structure into new facility

Im looking for some old structure, building that is not in use any more. Building or space which is no longer in use, but is renovated into new content. For example: old factory into library, museum, flat..., mews into museuem...

You can help me with some examples in your country, town, anywhere. I need some pictures of this example, and it would be desirable floor plans, sections,facades... that I can found on internet or maybe someone has it.

Sorry If I put this post in wrong place.
thanx.

Lisbon, Museum of Electricity. Several exhibitions (painting, architecture, etc) are done here through all the year. In the past was a power plant...

In Germany you have the Duisburg Nord Park. An old factory converted into a park!

Tate modern is an excellent example of an old industrial building being re-purposed. Very well executed, too.

"Château Vodou" in Strasbourg, France.
It was an old water tower built in 1878 near the train station.
The building was recently renovated and since 2014, it is used as a museum about Vodun arts from West Africa (mainly Benin and Togo).

Palace of the Post Office

On the early decades of the 20th century, the famous architect Norbert Maillart built three gigantic icons of Buenos Aires, with his characteristical exquisite Beaux Arts style: the Colegio Nacional Buenos Aires (translated: “National School of Buenos Aires), the Palacio de Tribunales (translated: “Palace of the Justice of the Nation”), and the Palace of the Post Office. This last building surpassed the limits of the Beaux Arts, with a height that it can only be seen in Buenos Aires (for this particular style). Since 2005, it is a Cultural Centre, with a strong potential of becoming one of the most important museums in the world in the near-future, among the Louvre, the Met, and others. This massive building, because of strategic geographical location in the middle of the Microcentro (Downtown), is quickly becoming an icon with a massive flow of people, mostly in the weekends, but also from monday to friday due to all the public activities and events in its new 3 main places that has inside: the Lamp, sustained by a Vierendeel beam (brought from Belgium), the Dome, where’s you can see gorgeous views of Buenos Aires (specially of Puerto Madero, Retiro and Microcentro), and the famous the Whale, who is covered by a metal mesh and where there is a symphonic room.
