It's a windy city and famous for the kite (known as Kite city). but I didn't see the kites from the pictures. 8/10

The buldings aren't that great and it's not very dense, but i can see the city's skyline growing in several years, all chinese city's have that kind of potential.

8/10- VERY well-developed but it's skyline is not up to the standards of other chinese skylines.
