Cheers Sefton. Where are you getting all these new proposals from.... just keep them coming. I like this one a lot, simple and smart design. Can't quite picture where it's going though.

They've all been sat in different threads, just not seperated for consistency

Sometimes I think that's the issue with the birmingham forum, we have a lot of projects which involve multiple buildings but keep them contained to one thread

If you google map Selly oak train station it's the piece of land opposite next, cornered in by the vauxhall garage, Bristol road and the canal along the car park for Selly oak train station

Didn't ASDA have plans to open on this site a few years back with the Barnes Hill ASDA, which opened this year.

I like this: nice, simple but functional design, and is definitely a welcome addition to the top end of Selly Oak, which is crying out for some TLC at the mo. Get it built!

It looks smart, although the picture is a little dark, hard to see what the true colour will be.

This plot has been empty ever since the pub and couple of terraces went in the 80s!

Yes this is great to see at long last the pockets of land in Selly Oak are being developed.

Selly Oak is having a huge change if you think about the new sports centre, new Sainsbury, whatever will happen to the old Sainsbury, this and the new housing going in at the old hospital.
