Thereses Gate 52 in Oslo, Norway. Completed in 1933 with Nicolai Beer and Egil Hanshuus as the architects. The pictures were taken by me.

Another peace of early modern design can be seen in the second picture with the red box. It's a telephone booth in the design that was introduced in 1933 called "Riks". Georg Fredrik Fasting, an architect from Bergen, was the designer. All Norwegian telephone booths have been decommissioned but it was decided to preserve 100 of them around in Norway of which this is one.

The Shangai slaughterhouse made me think of another concrete expressionist building built before the brutalist period that I'm not sure I've seen here... sorry if it's a repost.

Julius Luthmann - "Building A" also known as The cathedral (Radio kootwijk, 1918-1920)

The interior is underwhelming but the exterior looks like a perfect set for a horror or a mystery movie.

Or something out of Fallout 3/4 .

Kugelhaus, Dresden, Germany (1928-1938)
Architect: Peter Birkenholz

The first ever spherical building. Destroyed by the Nazis who viewed modernist architecture as "degenerate art."
