It's TVCC building, 2008 Olympics's broadcasting center, it's still U/C.

thank god, this building is building quickly.
although 80% chinese people hate this building and SWFC for the reason "why we need these project and express way while west province is still very poor?" , and suggest goverment cancell these project, but thank god, it is almost finished.

---- do you have source to back this statement? Is there a poll on this? It sounds arbitrary since I feel many people like this two building from my experience when in Beijing and Shanghai.

The government has nothing to do with the SWFC, right? It's is developed with Japanese capital, so not building it would hardly have any effect on the living standards in Western China.
