I see minor cladding differences, but I like it more this way, on the renderings there are some irregular lines I don't like and they are not appearing on the real cladding, that's good. Thanks for update.

It seems like there will be some irregular lines (but indeed not as many as in the rendering)... it's visible at the bracing at the top of the right 'tower'.

The building is great, and people who built it are too. I mean, one can only admire the Chinese, they used to be a third world country, and now they are a superpower thanks to their wisdom, entrepreneurial ability and hard work.

Do the differences in the steel lines on the cladding indicate the different stresses that are prevalent within the building?

If it does, I like! E.g. the way the structural challenges such a building faces are represented architecturally, which plain for all to see.

I suppose you'd want an office away from all the stress lines just in case?

It's still hard to believe it's just about all there. Almost couldn't imagine it a year ago, but over 2007 it happened -- two 'leaning' structures contructed, progressed sideways and joined. For modern times, I don't know of any other structure that was more amazing to watch in construction.

pardon for my ignorance. but for the stress you guys mentioned, is it structural stress of the building or the stress of people working in that part of the office?
