its actually rather easy. You take tributary forces of the beams, girders, joists and then the projected loads that the floor areas will take *so you work from top down* and then you can calculate and design the floor plans as necessary. At least thats what Im guessing.

lol nah, I mean, im sure there's more advanced stuff to it, but the fundamentals of tributary forces and crap like that are basically nothing past than algebra one

will the new airport express have a stop close to this beauty? ive got a really long transfer at bejing city this winter and i would kill to get the chance to get in to town just to see this one

You can get of the airport express at Sanyuanqiao station, change to line 10 and go to Guomao station. CCTV is right at the exit.
