It seems to me that the lines are not proportionate. Is it deliberate or it's supposed to be like this? Renderings don't seem to show this way though..

Don't know exactly what you meant but it is supposed to be like this - irregular lines. It pretty much matches the rendering.

Looks great but I'm surprised a tower like this satisfies fire safety requirements - imagine how far people in the overhanging section have to run to get to a fire exit!

its probably better then in many other tall towers, if its a fire in one of the "legs" they can just use the other. same reason why petronas has the bridge in the middle.
