That is incorrect. The diagonals lines of the facade DO coincide with the structural diagonals. The diagonals occur at areas of stress concentration.....where there are more diagonals it means there is more stress. Very efficient system.....making the diagonals more numerous at targeted locations...instead of all over the tower.

The 2nd photo @ #1651 is fantastic. What are those huge white dots on the grass? They look like some kind of patterns to me.
