The other refurb which is similar looks quite smart I think they should drop the little colour sections here though

It'll do but I agree, lose the coloured bits as it makes it look tacky.

Spreading out a lot.

Demolition at 2 Hagley Road is due to start soon, potential demolition of commerce house. Bath court, completion of Park Regis, 1 Hagley and Broadway, hopefully regal and then Calthorpe estate.

Looking good.

What needs to be demolished at 2 Hagley Road? Is that a Seven Capital proposal? 206 apartments?

Also, I`m really looking forward to this new 11 storey block to replace Bath Court but what is happening with it. I thought it had planning permission granted ages ago.

car park had to go at 2 hagley road for its replacement

Bath court had an app go in for amendments to do with piling at the back nearest the railway line I believe

Just remembered the chamber of commerce deal should be signed by the new year so hopefully find out what's happening with that soon!

Don't mind this if it turns out like its neighbour but really do wish they dropped the small windows and random colour bits for circle Windows like the other
