I doubt it, I think the palm island will remain in the shape of a palm

Now thats quite a surprise.

very interesting modern architecture with a hint of the old days in the cladding.

will be quite a competition when it comes to impact of the area between this and the original Atlantis hotel.

and if they actually manage to put palm trees like in the rendering it will be spectactular.

WOOOOOW.

I was in other Hotel ( at top of the Palm Island ). Now a next high luxury resort&hotel will be built next to it .

I can imagine the view at top of the hotel ( roof swimming pools )

I think they will built many hotels like this around the circle of palm island

Woh! I like it!
The good thing at dubai is that's a playground for really new skyscraper designs.
Can't imagine this type of building ever will build in germany...unfortunately.
But for me it doesn't look like 200+ meters.

It will be huge I think, otherwise it looks too short to be 200m

Wait, what was the source for this one being 200m+ ? The existing Atlantis hotel is just 93m tall and this one is never going to be twice as tall. Also if the main pool is 90m above ground that makes the whole building about 180m tall.
-> should be moved to highrise section!

This tower is no longer preparation. Its is now ground work. UAEproject on instagram posted a photograph it appears work is happening. Apparently they want the hotel open for 2020.

I wish that a developer like Atlantis and Kerzner made a super tall super luxury hotel somewhere in the marina more like a JW Marriott than a resort.

The second rendering suggests a very tall height, maybe even in the 200+ mark. If so, it will be a thunderous project!

Once again, it seems very unlikely to me that it will reach 200 meters. It doesn't look like 200m+ in any of these renderings.
