Chances of skyscrapers to be included on the UNESCO World Heritage list?

Are there any chances that a skyscraper can be designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site? And what skyscraper deserves the most to be designated? I think, the ESB has the best chances.

I thing the National Register of Historic Places is enough for a skyscraper.

The first might actually be from an unlikely place: my hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was news from just this past week.

Frank Lloyd Wright's Price Tower in Bartlesville nominated for U.N. World Heritage List

Quote:
BARTLESVILLE — Price Tower Arts Center is in the running for new international acclaim.

The skyscraper is among a group of Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings to be nominated by the United States for inclusion on the World Heritage List of significant cultural and natural sites across the globe.
Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell announced Friday the U.S. is nominating 10 buildings designed by Wright to the prestigious list compiled by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, or UNESCO.

Price Tower began in 2011 the process of completing the rigorous U.S. and World Heritage requirements that each site must make to be considered for the honor.
