It's not. In fact, it's the opposite of ironic.

They used cheap flammable facade covering, that shouldn't be flammable in the first place. Now tower will burn like torch, ironically self-fulfilling prophecy about the name.

Those are too small to have done any damage to the integrity, especially since this is a concrete structure.

Look at those chunks of the facade falling down. In fact, this mostly looks like a facade fire.

Its not the building that is on fire, more like cheap facade. Structure wont be damaged.

Yeah, look at this other Dubai skyscraper that caught fire earlier

What's scary is that many Dubai skyscrapers have this kind of cheap cladding, so they are all in danger of such fires.

Its not the first fire at a Dubai Skyscraper, and not even the first fire in the Dubai Marina Area. Somehow, something is going wrong there. Still hopethat there is no victims

And here I was having flashbacks to "The Towering Inferno"...
Where's the ensemble cast when you need them?

What demo? At max the e authorities will remove the certification of the tower which will mean no one will be allowed to live there till the repair is done ...... which BTW can be very lengthy due to the insurance claim involved.
