It's also nonsense, Azul is not an all female airline.

What they do have is 1 special pink plane that is staffed only by females to promote a Breast Cancer awareness charity.

If it's all over the internet, then provide some links.

And still, 80% is not all female.

And even if it was true, why would it be something to be proud of?

Imagine if we lived in a world where someone would be considered for a job based only on their experience/merit, not depending on what they have between their legs.

Looks like the OP got a bit carried away. Can't find anything about an all women Azul Air anywhere.
As Momo 1435 said, it looks like this particular aircraft is for promotional purposes

Its all good. I think they mean it like onboard crews are females. I am sure its hard to hire all women only when it comes to ground crew so I believe only 80% is all females because the airline company would need to hire able bodied professionals on ground service and maintenance.

If you look at the photos you can see the letters 'Azur' in pink. Azure airlines uses blue letters.
It's obviosly just a promotional aircraft manned by women, not the whole airline with nearly 150 aircraft.

80% women for the whole airline would be too high aswell.
