I'm unsure if honest, the residential aspect (138m next to Beetham) is expected to be PRS (private rental sector), which there is a lot of demand for at the moment. The office has no tenant lined up, I'd imagine that will be built as a second phase once someone signs up.

Details of the overall scheme have only recently been released, and it hasn't gone in for planning yet. The developer is aiming to start on site before the end of 2017 however.

All of the other proposals in that model are either under construction, at ground works or demolition stage so hopefully by this time next year the cluster will start to take shape!

Looks like something from the cover of some cheap s-f magazine from the early '00 but I guess it could look good or at least intriguing with high-quality cladding etc.

A future Greenwich Peninsula, London (2025-30). Although the render doesn't show any future Canary Wharf developments.

I think the demolition works of the existing buildings will probably start this or next year.

The construction begins immediately after that.

It's hard to see past London with that when you're saying it's got all of Canary Wharf towers, City of London tower's and every other tower planned in London not included on it.

I've noticed that all European cities have small and dense clusters of buildings that are around the same height, like the Moscow IBC, the new Moscow cluster, and Frankfurt. Interesting . . .
