TGI is U/C.

(pictures from vincent1746)

construction for Trinity and helice is imminent.
TGI, Helice , imefa52 and Duos 1 and 2 are not in La Defense. TGI is in the 17th district, Duos are in the 13th district. helice and imefa52 are in the Issy area.

That waterfront is brilliant! This project seriously will be started and completed? Can Serbia find investors for this very big and ambicious construction even, for example, Moscow?

The Belgrade pics look the best, but it's a model, so it doesn't count, and we know it will never look like that.

I'll go with Moscow.

Is there a restriction building tall close to the Bosphorus? Regardless, I don't think Istanbul will need a super tall to be at or near the top in Europe. It's a big plus to have them but you one can make up for that weakness with good scale, quality, balance, layering, architecture, and layout.

It's about even with London today behind Istanbul and Moscow. I left Paris out as London's building at a quicker pace but who knows. Paris could be in the mix as well. Rotterdam, Frankfurt, and Warsaw are falling further behind these 4.

Yes there is. It is also one of the reason why some very tall projects were changed to 2-3 lower buildings.
