I'd go with the second renders.They look symmetrical,modern and realistic.I find the others overly involving.

Love the design but I don't think the project will bring in enough revenue until the city is more financially stable (I know, Nairobi is one of the most economically endowed cities in Africa)-the Louis Vuitton and Chanel shops still feel like a lifetime away for too many people in Nairobi

I beg to disagree.Kwani a 66floor tower is different from two 35 floor towers? Avic are doing whole six towers with a huge office and residential space and they are confident to make money.Jabavu's two blocks add up to a whole 75 storeys to the Nairobi skyline and they look extremely enthusiastic. Upperhill square is not that massive when put in perspective.

Iconic projects always attracts tenants. Problem is that old and tired buildings will start feeling the heat as tenants move to newer and better addresses
