Block Q, an office building designed by BSK Arkitekter for developer Wallfast:







The facade will be clad in glass, oak, and most likely grey stone.

A residential block (Neapel 3, area D) designed by architectural firm Kjellander Sjöberg for developer Niam:







The facade will be clad in polished concrete and metal cassettes.

Dover (O2)

Block Dover (site O2), designed by Belatchew for developer Veidekke:







This project consists of a total of 63 housing units, due to be completed in 2021.

It's sad how there was an opportunity to expand the inner city, to create a new urban neighbourhood, but that opportunity was once again wasted. Mostly box-in-a--tiny-park, no real connection to the old inner city.

I'm mostly supprised that it's more large scale than I thought it would be. Not a bad thing though considering house prices.

I don't know. It's not perfect but at street level it feels quite urban and the architecture is miles ahead of most newly built neighborhoods. The lack of a connection to the inner city is a shame though.
