BELORECHENSK | VLF-Transmitter - tallest man-made structure in South Russia

West of Belorechensk, there is a huge VLF-transmitter of the Russian Navy, which may be the largest of its kind in the world. It consists of 13 masts arranged around a central mast with a height of 425 metres - the tallest man-made structure in Southern Russia! Pictures can be found on http://wikimapia.org/#lang=de&lat=44...28/Vlf-Rsdn-20 .
Which is the official Russian name of the facility? When was it built?

On http://vsr.mil.by/2014/01/30/rossijs...eevskij-styag/ there is a list of Russian VLF-transmitters. The mentioned facility was obviously inaugaurated in 1987.
