it's not too bad as we all think

the new villas and townhouses are nice and freaking incredibly cheap
nice interior as well

very emirates living or arabian ranches stylish

houses not too close together

the current hotel has become better
a couple of months ago it was a mess , but now i had a better impression

Oceana and Royal Breeze update

Hi,
I was at the "Al Hamra" village today to see the Oceana and Royal Breeze development. See pictures below. Royal Breeze promise a lot of sea view, but the plot between the planned buildings and sea are not officially part of "Al Hamra", so you will not be sure that the Sheikh and his family has other plans with this beach-front. This is my big issue with this Royal Breeze developement. I am interested, but only if they keep the beach accessible and do not spoil the view.

Beach in front of Royal Breeze Apartments

In case you are interested, the controversial subject on the "beach":

According to the investor behind Al Hamra Village, half of the beach in front of Royal Breeze will be used for low-rise residential housing of the Sheikh and his family and half of the beach will be landscaped for private access of Al Hamra residents. So, up to Royal Breeze building 3, the "sea view" will not remain completely unspoiled, but in the future you will see walls on the beach that surround the low-rise houses. When will the Sheikh do this? That was not known.

I had a look at both the Marina Apartments and the plot for the flats at Royal Breeze - last weekend. They still have about 5 flats at the Marina left - only one see facing. However vthey are large flats and the Marina is already very pleasant. The Lagoon/golf course facing flats actually look over a car park!

The problem with Royal Breeze and Marina is that any sea facing flats have a very wide expanse of land in front of them - and if the above is true - you'll want a high level flat to maintain the sea view! And will the Sheikh want you looking into his property?

Yes, it is hard to imagine the Sheikh developing a plot of property for personal use with apartment blocks looking right over it. Despite what anyone is told by anyone, logic would suggest that these large plots of land will be developed evenutually as commercial or residential property, either another apartment complex or hotel. That said it wouldn't be hard for some small section of this huge plot to be reserved for Al Hamra residents' use, but I would imagine much of the seaview for lower floor units will be lost.

Having a ground floor unit myself (unfortunately) a garden with blocked sea views still beats a parking lot.

Go to the eyeontheworldforum and search for Al Hamra. Sorry (moderators) about pointing to another forum, but there's just no action/discussion here on the Al Hamra thread.

I believe Global Estates are the on site agents - at least for the Golf properties. They have a sales office/show house there.

There is some info on this link:-
