NEW YORK | Hudson Yards Phase II | 300m+ | 984ft+ | Pro

The official website of Related-Oxford's Hudson Yards has released a new rendering of the master plan, including new designs for the Phase II towers - one of which clearly seems to be a supertall. Phase II is projected to be completed in 2024.

cool... would be a nice place for a signature tower (higher than 30 HY) if the Tishman Speyer site doesn't yield one already.

if the scale is anything close to what will eventually be built here, there should be several 200m+ towers.

Didn't know this even had a phase two. Amazing to see so many towers in symbiosis with each other. This will easily be my favorite cbd in new York

But for the retail and two residential buildings in Phase 1, This whole project (from Related's perspective ) is all about Phase 2, since that's where they seek to make their money.

While like Hudson said in another thread it's likely that is not the final design(we know how Related loves to change things up, lol) it's definitely an intriguing and exciting preview of what will come and hopefully the designs will wind up inspired, a bit different than the typical and cohesive. Between HY 1&2, Brookfield, and several other projects filling out central Midtown West over the next decade we're seeing the birth of almost a whole new city within a city!

Looks amazing!
A cluster of tall, slender, tapered pointed towets very much resembles a contemporary 21st century style of New York in the 20s and 30s

The angles of the towers and designs look class and sharp

Stig, that's kinda just the masterplan, I don't think they've even picked architects for the towers yet.

I really think WR1 and WR5 should be removed from the plans and just have a nice big park that connects to the High Line instead.

The silhouette has two peaks (30HY and that new tallest in Phase 2). I think for a truly killer skyline, it would be better to make that middle tower closer to 1,500'+

It's missing Hudson Spire which may end up taller than the North Tower, we don't know yet.
