Nothing ages particularly well if they don't clean it, which seems to be one of the major problems we have in the city.

It's now clear that ABP's decision to reduce the building by 2 floors and set back the sixth not only didn't improve the streetscape but actually hurt it because at least the corner part of the buildings looks stunted. Also, the neighbouring period buildings wouldn't visually suffer from the extra floors.

I like the view from the front of the building. Would be much nicer as 8 floors though and without the set back.
