Multilevel architecture

I've always had an attraction for multilevel interiors but I don't see it used that often, so it would be great to see if someone else shares my passion for it. I'd really like to discover something that I don't know.
A great example of that is the residence of Ray Kappe

I'm in love with this design decisions too, and specially on this case on the wood of the "Wood House", who gives quite a unique atmosphere.

ray kappe

it would be a dream to hire ray kappe... i have a wooded cliff-side lot (almost an acre & it's surrounded by acres of permanent city-owned woods) with a peek-a-boo view of downtown pittsburgh skyscrapers. his residence would fit well onto this lot ...how can i get those house design floor plans?

is ray still in business ?

here's one of the most awesome multi-level house exteriors i've seen in a long time:

http://28.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ls...ihtco1_500.jpg

i just found an article about this house. it was vancouver's david graham house &was designed by arthur erickson & was slated to be demolished...i hope someone saved it!
