The building, designed by architecture firm Piuarch, is the bonding element between the bridge connecting the new railway station to the pedestrian road leading to the AS Roma Stadium and to the park, and near the three skyscrapers designed by Daniel Libeskind.

The building is characterized by the curved shape that follows the line of the commercial promenade. The game of the fronts "faceted" follows the curvilinear motion dictated by the masterplan, accentuating the perspective view of the building.

The geometry of the façade with the "steps" that alternate windows and opaque walls makes dynamic the profile of the building, large greenhouses enrich the geometry and provide bioclimatic benefits to the building. The main volume will host offices, it leans on a fully glazed ground floor, with a commercial and service end-use.

Tor di Valle project has been moved from Roma Capitale to Lazio Regione for the next stage of the review process.
Both President of AS Roma, Mr Pallotta, and President of Eurnova, Mr Parnasi, expressed satifaction at the news.

The project will be one of the biggest such construction undertakings on the continent. "We are very satisfied with the project’s progression. It is another step towards the realisation of one of the most important works in Italy" Pallotta said. "We have designed a project that will lead Rome towards a new phase of growth and jobs, bringing it to the same level as some other European capital cities, so that we can establish, through a work of broad international scope, a healthy pride in being citizens of Rome" said Parnasi.

Not yet, the bureaucracy has considerably slowed down the process of the project and the newly elected political party in Rome does not actively supports the project. However it is hoped that in 2017 as soon as possible the work will start.
