8.5/10 Every side is a different one, and that top is finely done. The only complain I have is the base. I guess that's what prevented this one from having a 9.

the top has some sort of lighthouse like structure. i guess they will open it as an observation deck in the future. my fave Ortigas skyscraper! 10/10 from me.
