• a mixed-use-building (108m) with retail space (1,200 sqm) on the ground floor and international standard office space (38,000 sqm)
• an elevation of the existing Praille-Leopard building up to 7 floors and a total of 11,400 sqm dedicated to housing.

Swiss Prime Site (SPS) seemingly want to invest in one of the new highrises expected in the PAC area in Geneva. But no starting date has been evoked. It’s better than nothing.

Some remarks heard during the monthly round table organized by ImmoNews (FR):

The first local neibourhood plan (PLQ) is being developed in the Etoile sector and is expected to be adopted in 2018. It comprises two 30m urban islands with two 80m highrise buildings. They are scheduled for completion between 2020 and 2025.

The towers (>150m) will only come in a second time.
