GENEVA | Tour des Feuillantines | 60m | 20 fl | Pro

The construction of the new highrise nearby the Nations Square (bottom right) shall be entrusted to a private promoter. The plot belongs to the State of Geneva and the UNO. This project should enable the United Nations to partly finance the renovation of the Palais des Nations. The works should cost close to a billion Swiss francs and have yet to get the green light from the Member States.

The Tour des Feuillantines shall comprise office spaces and apartments. The ground floor should be open to the public and welcome visitors of the nearby place des Nations. The project is subject to consultation prior to the building permit. The tower could be realized in the next five or ten years.

Les Feuillantines should be the first of potentially five highrises (~50m) comprised in the Jardin des Nations program:

Tour des Feuillantines
Tour du Pommier
Tour du Grand-Morillon
Tour de Saconnex
Tour David-Morse

Architects: Frei & Stefani architecture
