sanhen, hehe, thats not a bug actually, I just found it if skybazaar related sub-section, there wont be a post count, to avoid spam or post_count_only msg.

alvin, i just realised if the peak design is actually similar like jsx building, am i rite?

Yeah I agree, the shorter towers look somewhat similar to the JSX building, but the 55 storey tower will be a beauty once completed! Oh btw, I said earlier that the height will be 182 m...however, while in Jakarta recently I read an article which said that the height will be 225 m.

Btw, I don't know if anyone of you has heard of this, but recently the Peak was selected as one of the 50 Best Apartments in the world according to this book..read it in the ad.

Yeah...it looks like JSX so much! I'm confused to where this is located....as i havent seen it.

But from those pics, is it between Chase Plaza and Indocement? In front of Four Seasons? If so, what a great location!

Spot on, GreyX! ITs located in Setiabudi, an enclave off Sudirman. Actually, in that area, a massive construction is underway:
1. Sudirman Plaza Office Towers (2 Towers)
2. Mayflower Apartment (1 tower)
3. The Peak (4 towers)
4. The Icon (2 towers)

btw...just noticed that some condo projects in jkt have the same name as condos in MM such as "Bellagio" and "Icon"

and another thing...the rendering of Icon is absolutely amazing

Actually earlier someone said that The Icon was actually a pre-crisis project back in 1997, so apparently the basement is done. But I don't know if they've changed the design ... If they didn't, the architects are so brilliant to have conceived such a timeless design back then....

It is impressive indeed...Actually a lot of pre-crisis designs were amazing (not just in Jakarta but also in Metro Manila). Too bad a lot of them didnt resume construction, but the good news is that some of them are restarting now in both cities.
