MANCHESTER | River St Serviced Apartments | 42 fl | 125m | App

Amended planning application submitted by Simpson Architects.

Reducing number of apartments from 600 units to 430. The size of the apartments have been increased.

The tower will remain at 42 stories, 125 metres.

Typed from the covering letter.

The sale of the site to Forshaw Land and Property Group has been agreed and contracts have been exchanged on an unconditional basis. Firshaw are committed to development of the site and have been in positive discussions with various parties regarding a Private Rented Sector(PRS) model of operation.

Information to enable the discharge of pre-commencement conditions is currently being prepared and is expected to be submitted at the end of September2015. Development will commence once all pre-commencement conditions have been approved
