The Dataran Pahlawan management are promoting their reserved unit at Phase 1(zone E) for sale and rent....unit price at RM2000 per sqft...
for the phase 1 zone E @200sqft x RM2,000 = RM 400K
rental is 200sqft x RM 18 = RM 3,600+-
phase 2 only for lease....the rental rate even higher....

just went to Carrefour on Monday...a bit disappointed with it...the arrangement is so messy. unlike the carrefour in kl -.-"" i dun feel comfortable shopping there...well..now all i hope is the new gsc there will be good or at least better than MP gsc..hope will have THX hall oso..

Nadeje cafe will be opening at Dataran Pahlawan upper level. not sure whether it is already opened or not. By the way, all of u should try the cheese cake, very delicious..They had one branch at Plaza mahkota there.

ya...it is open. NEar the OLD TOWN.
The interior design quite nice and cosy and has more choice of food.

yes...very special and like 4/5-star foods.
But, good foods deserve high price.

The owner of the cafe is a Japanese woman and most of the cakes are made by her.

currently got promotion ler...buy one drinks and free one slice of cake....
I had eaten the cake few times..very delicious...in my opinion, it is even better than secret recipe..

just realize that Dataran pahlawan had another MCD kiosk.it is located at the food court.
IF they plan to open one at at phase 2 ...OMG..the whole mall would have 1 restaurent + 3 kioks...

by the way, something is going on at the side entrance. not sure what outlet will be opening there..

Yes. They are opening another kiosk at phase 2 ground floor. The kiosk at the food court was so long ago.

Anyway, new cafe had open at phase 2.it is called Le Cafe. Located next to aussino. Looks like another highclass restaurent.

Still now there's not many shops open in phase 2. Even nichii Fashion City that i saw in papers long ago still not opened. Is it not opening?

I really hope some big names coming to phase 2......Big Apple....Jco....
Any news bout the renovation near the Johnny's Restaurant? I know Marrybrown will be opening and a chinese (dimsum sortof) restaurant will occupy the space of Perviously Best Denki Electrical shop.

yeah...the retail lot previously own by the best denkil is actually quite big..I think it is around 20,000Sf ft...I hope Red b0x or green box can open there instead of chinese restaurent...

I heard tis Le Cafe is owned by the boss who owns DeFun Cafe at Phase 1(opposite Starbucks) I wonder how good the food and the price will be in this Le Cafe as DeFun is charging quite same standard as KL cafe price...
