I saw it IRL last week. Itīs still UC yeah, but i donīt find it ugly nor a beauty. Itīs def. massive. I hope it will attract developers to build other towers around and make this a new CBD.

no other towers around. those are neither politically planned nor economically necessary. its a rather poor district with much free space. why build high?

Symbol of power for the EU

But the building is already to small. It's build for 2,300 employees but the ECB gets another 2,000 staff apart from the current 1,500.

Massive building, but it doesn't look like 220 meters tall. Maybe because it's a bit fat?

I think, it's a flop of a building. The fattest skyscraper I have ever seen. Looks more like the stub of a skyscraper...

If it's the fattest skyscraper you have ever seen you haven't seen much skyscrapers. And that it's wide doesn't mean it's a flop, the atrium is great.

Why isn't this thread in the highrise section? Architecturally, this is shorter than 200m.

Yes, it have a very good skyline because it's also the financial capital, is really irrelevant that it have "only" 700k inhabitants.

Probably it would have had about the same skyline if the city had 350k or 3.5 M
